Time Never Stops is a virtual exhibition showcasing new artwork created by care-experienced young artists in HMP Deerbolt. Time Never Stops includes drawings, collages, poetry, lyrical essays and paintings, using a range of artistic techniques.
It is the third in a series of online exhibitions and artists’ books published as part of Creative Aid – a partnership project by Blue Cabin and Nepacs, supporting the young men to be recognised as artists.

Creative Aid is a three year, co-creation project delivered by Blue Cabin and Nepacs, and is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, Reaching Communities Programme.
