The Compass project was led by a team of independent researchers – Clive Diaz, Delyth Edwards and Heather Yoeli – and looked at the impact of lockdown on a group of Children in Care Councils (CiCCs) and how local authorities can ensure young people’s voices are being heard. Research outputs of this project include a literature review.
