A series of creative activity days are taking place throughout the school year, for care-experienced children and young people to explore their creativity, experiment with different art forms, and make something to take home.
The themes we are exploring include:
The trauma-informed, exciting and accessible events will link to the existing cultural offer across the city – supporting better access to creative opportunities for care-experienced children and young people.

The children and young people taking part are primary and secondary aged and living in Newcastle upon Tyne. They are all supported by Newcastle Virtual School.
The project is coordinated by Blue Cabin Associate, Alex Sayers.
