Jasna is a Principal Business Analyst at the NHS Business Services Authority, with more than a decade of experience working across healthcare, technology and business transformation. She enjoys bringing people together, understanding different perspectives and helping teams turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
Throughout her career, Jasna has worked on large-scale transformation programmes, service improvements and digital initiatives, always with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for users and communities. She is particularly interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, can support better services and decision-making.
Originally from South Asia and now based in the North East, Jasna is passionate about continuous learning, mentoring others and supporting inclusive environments where people can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family and exploring new ideas and cultures.
