2025 marks the 25th anniversary of the KPMG Foundation, an independent grant-making charity which is dedicated to improving the lives of some of the UK’s most vulnerable children.
The foundation’s priorities include care experienced children and young people and those at the ‘edge of care’, and the adults who can help make the most positive difference in their lives. To mark its 25th year, the KPMG Foundation developed a special grants programme to award 25 additional grants – including a grant of £25,000 to support the work of Blue Cabin.
Jenny Young, director of Blue Cabin, thanked the foundation for its support: “The KPMG Foundation supports organisations doing absolutely incredible work to help care-experienced children, young people and families and we’re so happy that they chose to support Blue Cabin in their 25th year.
“This grant makes a real difference to Blue Cabin – to our team, our partner organisations and, most importantly, to care-experienced children and young people, who all our work is focused on.”
The KPMG Foundation is an independent grant-making charity, supported by KPMG in the UK. It works with others to improve the lives of the most vulnerable children and young people in the UK, so they are safe, healthy, happy and learning.
To mark the Foundation’s 25th anniversary in 2025, 25 charities were identified to receive core funding support for one year.
