Jenny Young - Executive Director

Jenny has strategically lead the development of Blue Cabin since 2015 and successfully applied to Arts Council England for funding to deliver Blue Cabin’s inaugural project; Head, Heart, Hands Darlington.

Jenny is proud to be from the North East and is passionate about connecting people, communities and organisations to find new ways to build relationships; placing creativity at the centre of this process.

She is excited about working alongside the team to realise the company’s mission.

Jane Gray - Blue Cabin Associate

Jane is an experienced arts project manager, specialising in participation with young people in challenging circumstances.  She is also an Arts Award Trainer and Moderator, and loves seeing children and young people develop their skills and confidence through the arts; she finds it very difficult to get through a celebration event without crying.

Jane is currently loving learning how to sing, and is passionate about the environment. Jane is delighted to be working with Blue Cabin and doing what makes her heart sing.
